The returned elephant group

Yao-chang puts his attention in artistic creation despite of the fact that he grew up and has been living in a fragile situation which includes mental challenge, lack of social support, and a low-income family. When he holds a pen, his body, mind, and soul are fully absorbed in the images he is creating. He goes into the process of integration of body, mind, and environment and enjoys the moment.
The painting interpretates a herd of elephants walking hamoniously in peaseful evening. The elephants' bodies are green in backlit. The protruding ivory and fanning big ears look orange and pink in the setting sun shines. The picture shows the sacred and solemn life of the prairie living and peaceful nature.
